HIT-Shenzhen 2025 International Student Orientation Supported by ATCHINA

This September, Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen) campus adorned with colorful flags and vibrant atmosphere. On September 3rd, 2025 international students from all over the world gathered here with aspirations, embarking on their academic journey in China.

For this enrollment, HIT-Shenzhen once again deployed ATCHINA's International Student Management System. The two teams collaborated closely to refine and optimize the registration process, achieving seamless integration from online application to on-site enrollment.

On the registration day, ATCHINA staff arrived early at the scene, working in close coordination with university personnel and volunteers. Leveraging the system's New Student Registration module, they provided meticulous guidance across all procedures, including identity verification, campus card issuance, fee payment, photo collection, document verification, and medical checkups, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. University officials highly commended the effort, stating: Thanks to the powerful support of ATCHINA's system and on-site team, this year's enrollment efficiency significantly improved, with student wait times reduced by an average of 40%. This streamlined process was made possible through the deep application and scientific coordination of the system.
